A membership organization made up of local taxpayers concerned about the reuse of the Marine Corps Air Station El Toro, California, scheduled to close in 1999. We are particularly concerned about the major commercial airport under proposal.
Taxpayers for Responsible Planning is a Political Action Committee legally organized to conduct lobbying, bring litigation, and conduct political activities.
